about the artist

Otey (not an actual mouse) is an 18-year old digital illustrator and graphic artist based in the Philippines. She is currently a VisComm student in the University of the Philippines, CFA.An aspiring young artist, she who hopes to touch people’s hearts with warmth, light, and all the good yellow things in the world through her works and creations.   • I have the right to decline a commission

  • A clear reference is highly appreciated (I can also work with detailed descriptions)

  • Please respect the artist! Illustrations will be interpreted in my own art style (You may suggest a specific style and I will incorporate into my own. Do not ask me to mimic another artist's style.)

  • The client may not refund once I start working on the drawing.

  • Commissioned artworks are for personal use only! You are not allowed to edit, reproduce, resell or claim it as your own. Do not remove the watermark.

  • If you intend to commission a piece for commercial use, please specify beforehand.

  • I reserve the rights to the artwork, thus I can post it on my socmed accounts or use it in my portfolio (if you prefer not to, please tell me beforehand).

Prices are subject to change.

  • Price may vary depending on the complexity, added details, backgrounds, props and characters.

  • 1-3 weeks working time (may take longer due to complexity, school or personal reasons).

  • Solid color/transparent backgrounds or simple background details are free.

  • Will follow a first come first serve basis. Please check the commission queue for updates on your piece (will be updated as I progress with the drawing).

  • At least 50% down payment is required before I start drawing. Full payment must be given before I send the final artwork.

  • Payment may be given via Paypal, GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer (BPI/BDO).

  • Tips are very much appreciated!
